We are seeking a skilled Strategic Financial Expert to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the financial success of our operations.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing bank reconciliations, monitoring cash flows, supporting accounts payable processes, and managing accounts receivable activities. They will also develop strategic financial projects to optimize resource management and enhance financial performance.

In addition, the candidate will provide financial support and insights to front office teams, set and monitor goals for teams and individuals, and analyze accounting documents to inform broader financial analyses.

They will prepare and present results reports and conduct weekly cash management reviews to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Monitor and manage cash flows for assigned offices.
  • Support accounts payable processes and ensure timely bill payments.
  • Manage accounts receivable activities to maximize cash flow.
  • Develop strategic financial projects to optimize resource management.
  • Provide financial support and insights to front office teams.
  • Analyze accounting documents to inform broader financial analyses.
  • Prepare and present results reports and conduct weekly cash management reviews.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role, preferably in a multicultural environment.
  • Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI.
  • Fluent in English and strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with effective collaboration abilities.
  • Motivation to work in a multicultural environment and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
