Regional Financial Director

As the Regional Financial Director, you will oversee the strategic management of financial operations across Latin America. This role is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and financial integrity in all countries within the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of regional financial plans to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Consolidate regional financial statements in accordance with local and international accounting standards (IFRS).
  • Generate comprehensive financial analyses and strategic reports for senior management, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure tax and legal compliance in each country, collaborating closely with external advisors to mitigate risk.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits, as well as regulatory inspections, to maintain transparency and uphold industry standards.
  • Implement and enhance internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting.
  • Optimize financial processes, standardizing operations across the region to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Provide strategic support for expansion, mergers, acquisitions, and business closures, ensuring a seamless transition.
  • Collaborate with regional and global treasury teams to manage cash flow, funding, and currency hedging, minimizing risk and maximizing returns.
  • Develop and lead high-performing local finance teams, fostering synergy and operational excellence.
