Managed Services Operations Specialist

As a specialist in managed services operations, you will play a key role in ensuring the effective maintenance and governance of network components. Your primary responsibility will be to manage vendors, ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), and implement solutions to improve network performance.
\rKey Responsibilities:

- Manage vendor relationships and ensure SLA compliance\r
- Identify and implement solutions to improve network performance\r
- Monitor vendor performance and provide regular reporting\r
- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure optimal transmission and TFLS network performance\r
Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years' experience in network operations, including dealing with vendors and project management\r
- Degree related to Network Operations/Technology\r
- Code 8 B driver's license\r
This is a high-visibility role that requires strong leadership skills, initiative, and ability to work under stress. You must be prepared to work long hours and handle elevated positions comfortably.
\rEducation and Experience:The ideal candidate should have a strong background in network operations, technical problem-solving, and project management. A degree in a related field and relevant certifications are highly desirable.
