FP&A Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and analytical professional to lead the development of financial models, build compelling presentations, and drive business decision-making.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can synthesize complex data into actionable insights and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain long-term financial models for scenario planning, business valuation, and strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare executive-ready presentations that clearly communicate financial insights and business performance.
  • Translate complex financial data into concise and impactful materials for senior management and external stakeholders.
  • Partner with business teams to incorporate key business drivers into the long-term model.
  • Consolidate inputs from multiple departments to ensure consistency and accuracy in long-term projections.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes with sensitivity analysis.
  • Identify risks and opportunities in financial performance and provide actionable recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or consulting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (financial modeling, scenario analysis, etc.).
  • Strong experience in building strategic presentations (PowerPoint or Google Slides).
  • Proven ability to synthesize data into insights and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
