Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers.
  • Manage and develop the order fulfillment process to ensure timely delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Support agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and guarantee a consistently high level of responsiveness to customers.
  • Ensure coordination of company communication with customers and distributors.
  • Partner and coordinate with manufacturing sites to ensure high delivery performance and highest levels of customer service.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Education in business administration or related field.
  • Experience in commercial sales position, preferably in target markets.
  • Specialized knowledge and skills, including strong organizational skills, formal commercial training, and proficiency in SAP.
  • Professional English skills (verbal + written), another European language is a plus.
  • Strong sense of customer service, independent decision-making ability, intercultural competency, and entrepreneurial thinking.
