The Fiscal de Loja is a key role within our organization, responsible for monitoring internal security circuits and reporting any incidents or thefts to the store manager.

  • Monitor internal security circuits to prevent unauthorized access and report any incidents or thefts to the store manager.
  • Approach customers in cases of confirmed theft, following company procedures and protocols.
  • Observe suspects discreetly and professionally, maintaining a high level of confidentiality regarding company matters and incidents.
  • Assist in the reception area during shift changes, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Maintain a strict adherence to the company's customer service standards, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
