We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team.


Job Description

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to professionals via email, phone, and Jira. Your duties will include troubleshooting computer issues, hardware purchase, building security cards administration, and general office and hardware maintenance.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in similar positions in a company with an internal Help Desk.
  • Proficiency in Windows 10, Mac OS, Android, AWS, and Networking.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Proven ability to work in a team and independently.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with effective delivery.
