Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to join our team as an On-Site Support Specialist. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality on-site IT support to various teams and partners, ensuring seamless operation of hardware and software systems.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Initial Troubleshooting: Provide timely troubleshooting for IT-related issues, escalating problems to global teams as needed.
  • Hardware Management: Image and reimage company computers, ensuring they meet corporate standards.
  • Liaison Role: Act as a liaison between local teams and global IT teams, providing timely updates and issue resolutions.
  • Enterprise Services: Support enterprise services, including networking, servers, and storage, in various locations.
  • Inventory Management: Manage offshore inventory, following company procedures and using corporate tools.
  • SAP Integration: Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to create SAP MRP for IT goods.
  • Asset Disposal: Dispose of broken or outdated IT items, adhering to company procedures.
  • Item Verification: Verify incoming IT items, ensuring compliance with company rules.
  • Customer Communication: Communicate with customers and vendors regarding physical installations.
  • Risk Identification: Identify potential IT risks and report them to the relevant teams.

Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: Fluency in English language skills for communication with global teams.
  • IT Experience: Mid-senior level experience in IT support.
  • Employment Status: Full-time employment.
