Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating delivery schedules, maintaining receipts and records, receiving and shelving supplies, and performing other stock-related duties. They will also be expected to coordinate freight handling, equipment movement, and minor repairs in the store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate delivery schedules with shippers and customers.
  • Maintain accurate receipts, records, and withdrawals in the store.
  • Receive, unload, and shelve supplies promptly.
  • Perform various stock-related tasks, including returns, packing, pricing, and labeling.
  • Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report to accounting.
  • Ensure proper record-keeping and manage documentation to maintain inventory control.
Requirements:
  • A basic school certificate.
  • Relevant working experience or exposure in a similar role.
  • Willingness to relocate to the job location.
