Job Title: Healthcare Financial/Actuarial Director

Job Description

In this senior leadership role, you will lead complex client assignments and drive business growth through innovative financial solutions. Your expertise in benefits financial actuarial consulting will inform strategic recommendations on funding plan design.

You will leverage your experience to develop and deliver the financial actuarial strategy for a portfolio of medium and large clients. Key responsibilities include communicating complex concepts to drive client action, improving plan performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated success in delivering complex health welfare financial actuarial strategies analysis in a consulting brokerage environment
  • Proven ability to generate revenue and manage growing client relationships
  • Deep understanding and expert knowledge in employee benefit plan design underwriting funding concepts
  • Strong data analytic skills and ability to lead projects
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
