Senior Product Experience Leader

We are seeking an experienced User Experience professional to lead all aspects of user experience and partner with product leads to conceive and execute upon the product strategy.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Drive Simplification: Create simple, delightful experiences for our users by reducing complexity and streamlining processes.
- Conduct Research: Develop prototypes and run experiments to test hypotheses and gather valuable insights.
- Elevate Design Systems: Use and evolve our design system and guidelines to create new features from ideas on paper to implementation.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with product managers and engineers to create product plans and maintain product design processes.
- Communicate Effectively: Distill complex concepts into easy-to-understand talking points to engage with our readers and communities throughout the design process.
- Storytelling: Craft compelling stories that persuade team members and stakeholders to adopt their ideas.
- Mentorship: Experience mentoring other designers on design while welcoming feedback from others.
- Research Expertise: Solid experience using evaluative and generative research methods to build a deeper understanding of audience behaviors.
- Strategic Thinking: A strong creative vision and the ability to switch easily from blue-sky ideation to tactical thinking.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Share work and ideas beyond their own team and enjoy engaging with the global design community.
