Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute product strategies that drive business growth and user engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and data science, to design and develop innovative search products.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Develop and maintain product requirements documents, product briefs, and other documentation to ensure clear communication and alignment across teams.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
- 1 year of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
- Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
- Master's degree in a technology or business-related field.
- 2 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).
- 2 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.
- 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.
- Experience working on personalization or recommendation systems.
- Experience working with ML/AI systems.
