Transportation Peak Manager

The Senior Transportation Peak Manager is responsible for overseeing peak period preparation strategies across the transportation network. They work closely with various teams to ensure optimal network performance during high-volume periods.

  • Lead medium and short-term peak planning initiatives, aligning transportation capacity with forecasted demand
  • Collaborate with S&OP teams to develop integrated peak readiness plans across all transportation miles
  • Analyze and optimize network configurations and topology to meet peak period requirements
  • Ensure network connections and nodes are properly configured and ready for increased volume
  • Design and implement contingency plans for potential capacity constraints
  • Oversee capacity planning and resource allocation across various transportation teams
  • Monitor and assess network performance metrics to identify potential bottlenecks

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
