Job Title: Transportation Operations Manager

As a Transportation Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in leading our transportation network's peak period preparation strategies. You will work closely with various teams, including S&OP, topology, network design, and configuration teams, to ensure optimal network performance during high-volume periods.

"Key Responsibilities"
  • Lead medium and short-term peak planning initiatives, aligning transportation capacity with forecasted demand.
  • Collaborate with S&OP teams to develop integrated peak readiness plans across all transportation miles.
  • Analyze and optimize network configurations and topology to meet peak period requirements.
  • Ensure network connections and nodes are properly configured and ready for increased volume.
  • Design and implement contingency plans for potential capacity constraints.
  • Oversee capacity planning and resource allocation across various transportation teams.
  • Monitor and assess network performance metrics to identify potential bottlenecks.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
  • Employee and performance management experience.
  • Fluent English Skills.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience.
