Operational Excellence Leader

The role of Operational Excellence Leader is pivotal in shaping the company's processes and workflows to ensure seamless rider service delivery. This individual will play a critical role in refining the entire process and link of rider service, focusing on continuous improvement of basic systems and product links. Furthermore, they will analyze pain points of riders, collaborate with teams to solve problems from the source, and reduce problem occurrence.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Design and operate efficient processes to drive rider satisfaction, continuously improving operational systems and product links to enhance workflow efficiency.
  2. Improve rider experience by establishing effective operation mechanisms, empowering various business teams, and enhancing their problem-solving capabilities.
  3. Work closely with collaborative teams to solve problems from the source, reducing problem occurrence and enhancing platform rider loyalty.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and expression abilities.
  • Able to discover problems and actively improve, with strong business promotion capabilities and ability to propose optimization plans.
  • Collaborative team spirit, able to integrate internal and external resources effectively.
  • Strong logical reasoning to judge rider pain points, analyze factors affecting rider experience, and provide reasonable solutions.
