Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an IT Support Specialist.

This role involves providing exceptional support to dealership employees, ensuring seamless operation of after-sales systems and processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, escalating complex cases, and implementing process improvements through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
  • Technical Support
    • Provide phone and portal-based support to dealership employees, resolving technical issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Case Management
    • Analyze and troubleshoot complex cases, escalating to second-level teams when necessary.
    • Conduct thorough follow-ups with users and second-level teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Process Improvement
    • Identify opportunities for internal and external process enhancements through Kaizens and Agile methodologies.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, driving efficiency and productivity.
  • Strategic Objectives
    • Contribute to business growth by developing and implementing initiatives that enhance our services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • Proven experience in the aftermarket/end customer area, preferably with knowledge of billing, warranty, inventory management, and maintenance planning.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive profile with a focus on problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Familiarity with Latin American markets, including Argentina, Colombia, Peru, and Chile, is highly desirable.
