The Customer Fund Operator will be responsible for performing daily reconciliation processes of all kinds of transactions, closely examining the reconciliation process and managing the fund flow of cash loan business as well as treasury management and accounting integrations on payment business side.
Key Responsibilities- Transactional reconciliation and fund flow reconciliation
- Communicating with vendors to provide alignments, integrations, and development of new functionalities and products
- Tracking and managing the fund flow of all products
- Bank account reconciliation
- Account and investment transactions accounting flow
- Developing and reporting integrated Cashflow views
- Years of Experience: 3 years
- Bachelor's/ Post Graduate Degree: not mandatory
- Soft Skills: Proactive, teamwork, and negotiation skills
- Hard Skills: Financial calculations, accounting booking knowledge, Brazilian financial system knowledge, and cashflow building
- Preferred Industries Experience: Financial institutions such as credit businesses, banks, FIDC, or payment institutions
- Spoken Languages: English (must have)
