Sales Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join our team at HERE Technologies. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the profitable growth of our customers by providing operational and strategic support to our sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide business analytics and modeling to monitor and interpret sales-related data to optimize sales effectiveness and revenue generation.
  • Partner with Finance to monitor sales performance against plan, including forecast, pipeline, and top deals tracking, and drive corrective strategies as needed.
  • Leverage and interpret company and market intelligence to support sales strategies.
  • Manage overall operational efficiencies to improve customer satisfaction, reduce agreement processing time, and enhance inter-departmental coordination.
  • Build close internal and external customer relationships to quickly identify and resolve account issues.
  • Assist Account Executives in providing additional and improved quality detail in all information pulled for executive reporting.
  • Manage the license agreement process in accordance with Legal department processes and requirements.
  • Review and follow up with customers on the status of aging monthly receivables to ensure timeliness of customer payment and minimize revenue in reserve.
  • Help organize and execute key sector or customer events, including customer tech days, third-party sector events, and customer headquarters visits.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business, Marketing, or similar field.
  • Two to four years of experience in a relevant software sales, marketing, or similar professional role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including making presentations.
  • Language fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects; excellent organization and planning skills.
  • Demonstrated capacity to establish internal relationships among different departments and create influential relationships within a customer enterprise.
  • Actively contribute on cross-functional teams and be recognized as a specialist on all facets of customer-related sales issues/risks.
  • Willingness to travel on a limited basis.
