About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our commercial organization, you'll play a crucial role in helping us operate more efficiently. Your responsibilities will include collaborating to accelerate the sales process, close more deals, and reduce friction that may occur in this process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to the commercial director
  • Select and implement technology (software) and other tools
  • Acquisition of new data and maintenance of existing data
  • Management and control of Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Sales reports (KPIs)
  • Optimization, implementation, and documentation of processes
  • Implementation and control of the sales pipeline
  • Employee Onboarding and Training Programs
  • Integration of AI tools for lead generation
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, operations management, business development
  • Proficient in CRM software, sales analytics tools
  • Python & SQL advanced knowledge
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and as a part of a team
  • Able to multitask and prioritize projects
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
