Job Title: Sales Specialist

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and leading the territory within the Microbiology budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve sales targets through outstanding sales performance and effective territory planning.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including clinical sector and industry sector contacts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market issues to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with Sales Management to develop and implement sales strategies and plans.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales and market issues to Sales Management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Health Science or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of exceptional performance.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and internal teams effectively.
  • Knowledge of IT tools and ability to effectively handle customer relationships and sales activities.
