About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Video Sales Specialist to join our team at Amazon Servicos de Varejo do Brasil Ltda. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive adoption of Amazon's STV offering with advertisers and ensuring our customers' video investments fit into their overall marketing strategy with Amazon.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional sales and customer service to our clients
  • Scale video GTM strategies across our sales team
  • Develop and implement bespoke industry strategies within verticals
  • Engage with service and operations teams as it pertains to new and emerging products
  • Partner with Sales and Vertical Marketing to develop narratives that differentiate Amazon Ads' unique offerings tied to customer objectives and business outcomes
  • Represent Amazon Ads externally at industry and client events
About the Team

Video Specialists are aligned to the Large Customer Sales (LCS) organization and work closely with Account Teams, Agency Development Managers (ADMs), Go to Market (GTM) specialists, and Amazon Advertising Customers.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience
  • 7+ years of digital ad sales as an individual contributor selling performance-based advertising or similar offerings
  • Experience with podcast sales, video sales, or audio programs
  • Effectively works cross-functionally (AE, Sales Leadership, Yield, Product, Measurement)
  • Experience selling various video formats (MS, SS, Sponsorships, Sports)
  • Experience building and deploying GTM strategies, with an emphasis on packaging, positioning, and messaging
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal), including the ability to present complex topics both in person, over the phone, and through concise document writing
Additional Qualifications
  • Experience growing a product to maturity through collaboration with Product teams
  • Experience presenting to SVP and C-Level
  • Experience negotiating Video Upfronts at agency and Brand level
  • STV/TV measurement proficiency
  • Experience building and executing product and sales strategies across teams
