About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team at Talenses Sao Paulo Consultoria em Recursos Humanos Ltda. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing and new customer relationships, selling Dow products and solutions while identifying new opportunities for unmet customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Utilize account planning tools, margin management tools, and electronic technology to develop and share account plans with key stakeholders.
  2. Drive Business Growth: Define annual, value-creating goals consistent with long-term business strategy and develop and build relationships with internal and external customers and influencers.
  3. Identify and Capitalize on Opportunities: Recognize, anticipate, and solve customer problems resulting in business opportunities and revenue growth.
  4. Meet Sales Goals and Objectives: Achieve sales goals and objectives in assigned territory as derived by business strategies and marketing plans.
  5. Stay Up-to-Date on Products and Services: Possess a thorough knowledge of assigned Dow products and targeted applications.
  6. Understand Customer Needs: Understand and proactively analyze customer's product and service needs, industry, and business.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree
  2. Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Solid interpersonal, networking, teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills. Curious and digital savvy.
  3. Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for customer visits.
