Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Lead to join our team at Birlasoft. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
- IT Service Management Configuration: Strong experience in configuring IT Service Management (ITSM) modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, Service Request, Service Portal, Service Catalog, Asset Management, and User Setup.
- ServiceNow Development: Experience in developing ServiceNow applications using REST/SOAP Web Services, Java Scripting, and other relevant technologies.
- CMDB and Asset Management: Experience in configuring the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Asset Management modules.
- IT Business Management (ITBM): Expertise in setting up ServiceNow ITBM, including Project, Portfolio, Demand, Resource, and Finance modules.
- Reporting and Performance Analytics: Experience in designing ServiceNow reports and setting up Performance Analytics.
- Custom Processes and Integrations: Knowledge of creating custom processes, custom 3rd party integrations, and custom applications.
- Upgrade and Support: Experience in upgrading ServiceNow instances and working with the ServiceNow HI support team.
- Integration and Security: Experience in setting up ServiceNow integrations, including LDAP/SSO, Email, Chat, and other relevant integrations.
- Domain Separation and Data Segregation: Experience in implementing Domain Separation and Data Segregation.
Requirements:
- Strong Communication Skills: Good English communication skills to communicate effectively with team members and customers.
- Certifications: ServiceNow Implementation Certified and ITIL V3 Foundation certified.
- Additional Requirements:
- Best Practices: Demonstrate an awareness of Best Practices of ServiceNow implementation.
- Global Team Management: Ability to work, lead, and manage a global team.
- Stakeholder Management: Experience in coordinating with different stakeholders, both customer and internal, to effectively deliver the project on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Problem Solving and Troubleshooting: Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
