- Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and support distributor performance to align with company goals and regional strategies.
- Conduct sales activities through distributors or directly, depending on the business model.
- Promote premium product lines to strengthen market presence and customer loyalty.
- Collect and report market insights to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and adapt products for the local market.
- Represent the organization at technical and promotional events to enhance visibility and build relationships.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A strong passion for working in the fertilizer industry.
- A degree in agronomy or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in the fertilizer market.
- A deep understanding of agribusiness.
- Experience in team management.
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
- Strong teamwork skills, empathy, and a passion for networking.
- An intermediate level of English is desirable.
- Mandatory residence in the Campos Gerais Region - Paraná State.
