Job Role Overview

The role of a Delivery Station Leader is pivotal in maintaining the operational efficiency and productivity of our delivery network.

This position requires an individual with strong leadership skills, able to oversee a team of Shift Managers and their direct reports. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring Health and Safety standards are upheld within the workplace
  • Becoming proficient in specific processes and activities within Delivery Stations
  • Handling data collection and updating operations metrics on an hourly basis
  • Aiming to achieve productivity targets and reduce cost per unit
  • Collaborating closely with other support teams on staffing plans and performance levels

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, along with experience in employee and performance management, as well as previous experience in leading large, diverse teams.

Prioritizing a Master's degree or MBA and knowledge of Kaizen and Lean methodologies is highly desirable.
