**Job Opportunity:** Delivery Station Manager

">About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee the operations of our Delivery Station in Fortaleza - CE. As a Delivery Station Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.">Key Responsibilities:- Maintain Health and Safety standards within your remit area, while promoting and inspiring a culture of safety on-site;
- Become proficient on specific, larger-scale processes and activities within Delivery Stations, such as 5S audits;
- Handle meaningful data collection, updating operations metrics on an hourly basis;
- Achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors and ensure an excellent customer experience;
- Partner closely with other support teams (HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety and Security, IT) on staffing plans, schedules and performance levels;
- Implement progressive process change and contribute in cross-functional Six Sigma initiatives within your site and the broader Brazil Amazon Logistics network.">Requirements:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
- Employee and performance management experience;
- Previous experience in leading large, diverse teams;
- Expertise in two or more production or supply chain areas, with an impressive track record in a similar, dynamic logistics, distribution or manufacturing environment;
- Ability to organize details, establish and carry out root cause analysis, and then extract and analyze the data you generate
- Advanced level in Excel (vlookup, advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros);
- Willingness to work flexible schedules/shifts/areas, including weekends, nights, and holidays;
- Fluent Portuguese and basic English;
