As a dedicated academic facilitator, our team provides customized learning solutions for students with diverse needs and commitments. Key responsibilities include delivering high-quality support to enhance student outcomes and satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized services to students/parents through effective communication channels.
  • Address student/parent/staff concerns by leveraging main communication channels and enhancing help centers/support facilities.

This role is responsible for offering top-notch service and strategic solutions to students/parents. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Client-facing interactions involve developing and maintaining robust connections with CGA students and parents. Additionally, this position supports the Operations team with administrative tasks and initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and scalability of the student experience system.

Key Outcomes and Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional support to students/parents to foster positive experiences and satisfaction.
  • Solve student/parent/staff issues through established communication channels and improve student experience infrastructure.

The primary focus of this role lies in two core areas: client-facing interactions and supporting the Operations team. This individual must collaborate closely with academic, product, and sales teams to provide innovative solutions to student challenges.

Additional responsibilities include utilizing administrative systems, conducting regular check-ins with students/parents, serving as their point of contact, creating and scaling multiple communication channels, performing administrative tasks, and supporting projects/initiatives aimed at enhancing student experience and support systems.
