We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) Engineer to join our Digital and Integrated Systems (D&IS) team at Alstom Gruppe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and maintainability of our projects, systems, and products.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct RAM-related activities in projects and programs to optimize performance while meeting Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) objectives.
- Ensure the correct application of Alstom's standard RAM process, methods, and tools.
- Analyze complex solution architectures and perform reliability and lifetime predictions using conventional RAM techniques.
- Support tender and sourcing teams in choosing and integrating products and systems in projects.
- Lead root cause analysis, RAM classification of reported failures, reliability growth analysis, and statistical analysis of collected data to ensure operational performance and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or Automation Engineering.
- MBA or advanced university degree in Dependability (RAM or RAMS) is desirable.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) calculations and statistical analysis skills.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics, identify and analyze failures, and troubleshoot.
- Structured, organized, and rigorous approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Team player with a flexible approach and ability to work effectively against deadlines.
