Job Description

In this exciting position, you will work in a global environment to create and implement strategic plans for talent and leadership development. Your primary focus will be on building regional solutions that cater to the unique needs of our Latin American teams.

You will collaborate with our HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify potential developmental gaps and opportunities. Your expertise will be crucial in developing scalable solutions to bridge these gaps and drive employee relations through various development programs.

Your responsibilities will also include creating strategies to adapt global demands to local realities, designing people development solutions aligned with our company strategy, and providing coaching around development tools.

Additionally, you will provide input and recommendations for our HR strategic plan regarding talent and leadership development initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, Sales, or Marketing
  • Advanced English level (writing and speaking skills)
  • Intermediate/Advanced Spanish level (writing and speaking skills)
  • Skills in Agile Methodologies and project management
  • Knowledge of Learning & Development processes including areas such as presentation skills, assessments tools, andragogy methods, curriculum development, and other related topics
  • Skilled in investigating employee/leadership developmental needs, developing or obtaining appropriate programs or proposing learning opportunities, and delivering or coordinating scalable solutions
