We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Technician to join our team at SupportYourApp. As a Data Technician, you will play a critical role in providing technical support and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our clients' data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients utilizing our products and services
- Process and validate GTFS exports to ensure data accuracy
- Set up, configure, and troubleshoot Interactive Maps for clients
- Configure and troubleshoot HTML timetables for effective client use
- Identify, document, and file bugs as they arise during product usage
- Review datasets against GTFS standards for accuracy and completeness
- Create and maintain GTFS datasets, ensuring compliance with standards
- Communicate with agencies to address questions and concerns about their services
Requirements:
- Excellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
- Minimum of 6 months experience working with data entry, analysis, and management;
- Experience using CRM systems or Kanban-style project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, etc.)
- Experience in Customer Support
- Positive and responsible attitude
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
