Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the soundness and effectiveness of internal controls related to information security management.
The ideal candidate will have a breadth of knowledge of information security management best practices and a thorough understanding of control and security management concepts.
Duties include leveraging security control techniques to achieve business objectives, contributing to the development and sustenance of an information security-aware culture among employees, contractors, and service providers, and reducing the likelihood of negative reputational and regulatory impact due to non-compliance with information security management policies and standards.
The role requires building strategic relationships to influence at all levels of the organization, liaising with other business units, operations, technology, legal, and compliance staff, and collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement consensual decisions.
Requirements include experience in dealing with highly sensitive and confidential information both internally and externally, solid experience in information security, and fluency in English and Portuguese. Desirable certification in Information Security or Information Systems Auditor is preferred, as well as a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
