Purchasing specialists play a vital role in procurement management within organizations. This job requires you to analyze and execute the contracting of services for wind farm construction.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and execute the contracting of crane services for wind farm construction through market research, studies, and supplier approval.
- Conduct pricing analysis for assembly, transportation, O&M transportation, installation, and other services to ensure compliance with project demands and company policies.
- Review transport contracts, cranes, and installations to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Collaborate with operation and QSE teams to develop suppliers and improve operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, or Logistics is required.
- Postgraduate studies in related fields are desirable.
- Advanced fluency in English is necessary, and proficiency will be tested.
- Proven experience in project planning, scope definition, and operational routine management is essential.
- Experience in the wind industry is highly valued.
