About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Campinas, SP. As a key member of our software quality assurance platform team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to quality initiatives and strategy, helping to build and spread our quality assurance platform
  • Ensure acceptance criteria are met
  • Participate in refinement meetings to understand requirements and identify potential blocks
  • Actively participate in Agile rituals
  • Ensure good practices and improvements are implemented
  • Identify problems, risks, and dependencies, escalating and managing when necessary
  • Promote and defend best practices within the team and across stakeholders
  • Partner with colleagues to build and maintain tooling for test development, automation, and release process improvements
  • Manage test repositories
  • Monitor test results
  • Help build mechanisms to extract metrics for continuous improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, engineering, computer science, or a related field
  • Professional experience in software testing using black box testing techniques
  • Experience with manual API testing and documentation
  • In-depth understanding of test concepts at all stages of the software development lifecycle
  • Comprehensive analytical skills
  • Experience with web test automation frameworks, such as Playwright and/or Cypress
  • Experience with mobile test automation using Appium
  • Experience in test specification, preparation, execution, and reporting
  • Experience in defect analysis and reporting
  • Experience with backend test automation, preferably using Jest framework
  • Knowledge of performance/load testing using tools like K6 or Jmeter
  • Experience with Git
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and processes
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools, such as Data dog or New Relic
  • Advanced English language skills
