About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our software quality assurance platform team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the acceptance criteria, participating in refinement meetings, and actively participating in Agile rituals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring process good practices and improvements
  • Identifying problems, risks, and dependencies, escalating and managing when necessary
  • Promoting and defending best practices within the team and across stakeholders
  • Partnering with colleagues to build and maintain tooling for test development, automation, and release process improvements
  • Managing test repositories
  • Monitoring test results
  • Helping to build mechanisms to extract metrics, supporting continuous improvement
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, engineering/computer science, or related areas
  • Professional experience in software testing using black box testing techniques
  • Experience with manual API testing/documentation
  • In-depth understanding of test concepts at all stages of the software development lifecycle
  • Comprehensive analytical skills
  • Experience with web test automation frameworks (Playwright and/or Cypress)
  • Experience with mobile test automation with Appium
  • Experience in test specification, preparation, execution, and reporting
  • Experience in defect analysis and reporting
  • Experience with backend test automation (Jest framework)
  • Knowledge with performance/load testing (K6 or Jmeter)
  • Experience with Git
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and processes
  • Knowledge in monitoring tools (Data dog or New Relic)
  • Advanced English
