Share People Hub is a leading partner of ABI Growth Group, a division of AB InBev, the world's largest brewer. We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Campinas, Brazil.

About the Role

We're looking for a talented Quality Assurance Specialist to contribute to the development and implementation of our software quality assurance platform. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and processes
  • Ensure acceptance criteria are met and participate in refinement meetings
  • Actively participate in Agile rituals and ensure good practices are followed
  • Identify and escalate problems, risks, and dependencies
  • Partner with colleagues to build and maintain tooling for test development, automation, and release process improvements
  • Manage test repositories and monitor test results
  • Help build mechanisms to extract metrics for continuous improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or Computer Science
  • Experience with documentation and test concepts
  • Comprehensive analytical skills and experience with test specification using BDD/Gherkin
  • Experience with defect analysis and reporting, as well as working with web services and microservices
  • Good interpersonal communication skills and experience with agile methodologies
  • Experience with test automation processes and tools, such as Selenium and Appium
