Share People Hub is seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Campinas, SP. As a key member of our software quality assurance platform team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the refinement meetings to understand the requirements of the initiatives and raise blocks if needed
  • Actively participate in the Agile rituals
  • Ensure process good practices and improvements
  • Identify problems, risks, and dependencies, escalating and managing when necessary
  • Promote and defend the best practices within the team and across the stakeholders
  • Partner with colleagues to build and maintain tooling for test development, automation, and release process improvements
  • Manage test repositories
  • Monitor our tests results
  • Help to build mechanisms to extract metrics, that support continuous improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, engineering/computer science, or information technology-related areas
  • Professional experience in software testing using black box testing techniques
  • Experience with manual API testing/documentation
  • In-depth understanding of test concepts at all stages of the software development lifecycle
  • Comprehensive analytical skills
  • Experience with web test automation frameworks, like Playwright and/or Cypress
  • Experience with mobile test automation with Appium
  • Experience in test specification, preparation, execution, and reporting
  • Experience in defect analysis and reporting
  • Experience with backend test automation, preferably using Jest framework
  • Knowledge with performance/load testing using tools like K6 or Jmeter
  • Experience with Git
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and processes
  • Knowledge in monitoring tools, like Data dog or New Relic
  • Advanced English
