Key Objectives- Ensure successful adoption and optimization of Microsoft Security technologies to deliver unparalleled value to our customers.
- Maximize customer value through professional services and joint strategies with Microsoft to drive business growth.
- Build strong, long-term relationships that lead to growth opportunities and foster a culture of excellence.
- Engage with leads and prospects interested in adaQuest's cybersecurity services to convert them into satisfied customers.
- Conduct assessments and propose tailored solutions based on the Microsoft Security portfolio to meet customers' unique needs.
- Re-engage and expand relationships with existing customers, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through proactive Customer Success practices to maintain a high level of customer loyalty.
- Partner closely with Microsoft teams in the U.S., Latin America, and Brazil to leverage their expertise and resources.
- Execute joint initiatives and align with Microsoft's global Security strategy to drive innovation and growth.
- Represent adaQuest as a trusted cybersecurity partner within the Microsoft ecosystem to build credibility and trust.
- Drive adoption of Microsoft Defender Suite, Microsoft Entra, Purview, Sentinel, Intune, Autopilot, and related technologies to enhance customers' security posture.
- Guide customers in strengthening their security and compliance posture through expert advice and best practices.
- Translate customer needs into actionable, security-focused outcomes to deliver tangible results.
- Proven experience building and managing strategic customer and partner relationships in the Microsoft Partner Program ecosystem and/or being an MSP.
- Customer Success Management or Cybersecurity Consulting, ideally in professional services with a strong understanding of Microsoft Security & Compliance solutions.
- Strong expertise with Microsoft Security & Compliance solutions (e.g., Microsoft 365 Defender, Entra, Purview, Intune, Sentinel, etc.).
- Excellent communication, consultative, and relationship management skills in Portuguese and English (Spanish a plus).
- Ability to thrive in a remote, multicultural, and fast-paced environment with a passion for cybersecurity and customer success.
