We are seeking a skilled Investment Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sourcing team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing relationships with top startups in LATAM. Your outstanding communication skills will enable you to present and influence internal and external stakeholders.
You will spend your time researching and identifying great startups that fit our investment criteria, building relationships with founders and leadership teams, and working closely with our leadership to pursue potential investment opportunities. You'll also represent our company in the startup ecosystem, promoting our brand and values while leveraging your exceptional communication skills to engage with various stakeholders.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in Venture Capital or direct work with startups, preferably in an adjacent industry.
- Fluent English and Portuguese language skills.
- Near native level of English proficiency.
