
Commercial Real Estate Outreach Specialist

This role involves a high volume of professional outreach calls to gauge interest in active opportunities, and nurture them toward further discussions.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement deal-specific outreach strategies to capture high-level criteria from lenders and investors.
- Coordinate meetings between qualified capital providers and our senior team, ensuring smooth handoffs for follow-up discussions.
- Conduct introductory calls with lenders and investors to gather preferred loan types, deal sizes, and geographic focus.
- Review lender websites, industry databases, and online resources to identify, update, and validate current lending programs and parameters.
- Update existing capital provider investment parameters in our CRM, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Collaborate closely with senior team members to align outreach efforts with active deals and capital-raising initiatives.
- Prepare and share weekly progress updates on outreach activities, database updates, and key findings from conversations.
- Stay informed about industry trends, lender activity, market conditions, and competitor movements within the U.S. commercial real estate sector; provide valuable insights to the team.
- 2+ years in research, business development, sales support, or a related role.
- Preferred: Experience in real estate, finance, or capital brokerage, particularly within the U.S. commercial real estate market.
- Fluent in English (C1 or higher), with strong verbal communication skills and confidence in making professional outreach calls.
- Comfortable managing a high volume of outreach calls each week.
- Skilled in gathering, synthesizing, and presenting information from databases, websites, and direct conversations.
- Skilled at leveraging online research tools to source and evaluate capital providers.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple outreach activities simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and CRM systems.
- Tech-savvy with experience using cold-emailing and calling tools, and best practices.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
