- Manage the day-to-day operations of the center, including administrative tasks and support services.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and preferences.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve our services and offerings.
- Collaborate with the Community Manager to plan and execute events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
- 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a business environment.
