About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Community Associate to join our team at Regus. As a Community Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the center, including administrative tasks and support services.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve our services and offerings.
  • Collaborate with the Community Manager to plan and execute events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a business environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Legally eligible to work in the country and at least 18 years old.
  • B1 or higher level of English communication skills.
