About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our team at Kimberly-Clark. As an Agile Coach, you will play a key role in helping our teams adopt and implement Agile methodologies, ensuring that we deliver high-quality products and services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach teams in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean
  • Help teams identify and prioritize work items, and ensure that they are working on the most valuable tasks
  • Facilitate team meetings, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
  • Help teams identify and address impediments to progress
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that Agile principles and practices are being applied consistently across the organization
  • Develop and maintain Agile training materials and training programs
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to help them develop their Agile skills
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Agile coaching or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in helping teams adopt and implement Agile methodologies
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
