Insurance Business Analyst Opportunity

The role of the Insurance Business Analyst is to act as an intermediary between clients, brokers, and the insurer in a dynamic environment. The position requires flexibility, proactivity, and strong interpersonal skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage distribution channels by identifying market opportunities for the expansion of the solution portfolio.
  • Promote client relationships by establishing and strengthening ties with clients and brokers, driving loyalty and sustainable growth.
  • Analyze and submit proposals by assisting in the preliminary analysis of submissions in business lines, presenting competitive proposals.
  • Foster solid and long-lasting relationships through regular visits to brokers, clients, and branches.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop strategies and implement business initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on market trends, providing strategic advice on innovations and developments.

About the Role:

This position is part of a highly motivated team spread throughout the country. You will work closely with JV partner branches and contribute to the rapid development of the sales team.

About You:

You possess excellent interpersonal skills, effective communication, and enthusiasm for new ideas. You enjoy challenges and are eager to explore new experiences and opportunities.

  • University degree in Engineering/Administration/Economics/Agronomy or related fields.
  • Experience in the sector (insurance companies: carrier/broker; banking).
  • Strong network/contacts in the insurance market.
  • Team spirit and strong sales and commercial drive.
  • Able to work independently with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of statistics/Excel/Power Point, Power BI.
  • Experience in people and channel management, conducting meetings.
  • Availability for travel.
