We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional client service, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and identifying opportunities to grow business.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong understanding of financial products and services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Provide exceptional client service and support to meet or exceed client expectations.
- BUILD and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and proactive outreach.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to grow business through cross-selling and upselling financial products and services.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and products.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track client interactions and business growth.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services.
- Ability to think critically and strategically.
