We are seeking a talented and strategic professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Partner.   • Utilize AI-powered recruiting tools to identify and engage talent in Brazil and global markets.">
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand team needs and craft effective hiring strategies.">
  • Ensure job postings are compelling, inclusive, and aligned with Genesys' brand and hiring standards.">
  • Stay current on market trends, our product landscape, and business priorities to enhance recruiting effectiveness.">
  • Guide hiring teams on best practices related to interviewing, selection, and candidate engagement.">
  • Maintain accuracy and compliance in Workday ATS throughout the hiring process.">
  • Collaborate on employer branding initiatives, especially through social media and content engagement.">

  • Strong communication skills in both Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus).">
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model (2–3 days per week onsite in São Paulo).">
  • Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting or direct search experience, preferably in the tech sector.">
  • Proficiency in sourcing passive talent and understanding local market dynamics.">
  • Experience working with stakeholders across multiple countries and time zones.">
  • Proactive and strategic mindset with the ability to influence outcomes.">
  • Demonstrated ability to drive inclusion through recruiting practices.">
  • Experience using Workday or similar ATS platforms (Workday experience preferred).">
  • Comfortable working in a high-paced, evolving SaaS environment.">
  • Strong social media presence and understanding of content engagement for recruitment.">
  • Awareness of Brazilian labor laws and hiring compliance standards.">
