We are seeking a seasoned Senior Financial Strategist to lead our team in designing and implementing comprehensive employee benefit plans.
- Develop and communicate financial strategies that drive plan performance and improve outcomes for clients.
- Lead high-profile client engagements, providing expert guidance on financial management and data analytics.
- Cultivate revenue growth by identifying opportunities for additional actuarial and risk solutions.
- Evaluate consulting quality and ensure timely delivery of financial reports and recommendations.
- 10+ years' experience in developing and executing complex health and welfare financial strategies and analysis.
- Proven ability to generate revenue and build lasting relationships with clients.
- In-depth understanding of employee benefit plan design, underwriting, and funding principles.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing data-driven projects and collaborating with senior stakeholders.
- Licensed professional with expertise in life and health insurance.
- Competitive salary range: $140,000.00 - $200,000.00 USD per year
- Annual short-term incentive bonus eligible
