Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Business Specialist to join our team.

  • This role involves providing expert-level support, continuous improvement recommendations, and coordination of business applications across production and shopfloor systems.
  • The ideal candidate has solid experience in MES integrations and manufacturing process optimization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing day-to-day support for MES and shopfloor applications, ensuring service quality and compliance with SLA targets.
  • Analyzing business needs and system requirements to design functional enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Developing and maintaining system reports based on user demand using tools like Power BI and SSRS.
  • Collaborating with factory teams, IT staff, and external vendors to ensure alignment on system usage and improvements.
  • Maintaining documentation and updates in the work order system (Pharos).
  • Guiding and mentoring junior team members, fostering team growth and knowledge sharing.
  • Supporting the change management process for application updates, following corporate IT policies.
  • Participating in global coordination meetings and sharing best practices across multiple manufacturing sites.
  • Providing on-call 24/7 support coverage for mission-critical systems when required.

Required skills include strong SQL expertise, experience with reporting tools like Power BI and SSRS, and hands-on knowledge of Machine Integrator and MES integration points. A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is also required. The ideal candidate should have at least 5-7 years of experience delivering enterprise-class solutions in industrial or manufacturing environments.
