Job Overview

This role is responsible for providing financial planning and analysis support to drive business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans that align with our organizational objectives.

  • Schedule and analyze monthly financial statements to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records in SAP systems, including real estate and project management modules.
  • Analyze profitability and provide economic viability assessments to inform business decisions.
  • Design and enhance financial reporting tools to support data-driven decision making.
  • Prepare and coordinate internal reports, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
  • Support executive and operational review meetings with analysis, commentary, and presentation materials.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis, data sourcing, research, and financial modeling support to team members.
  • Develop ad hoc analyses to inform strategic decision making.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or equivalent, with 2+ years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, or financial analysis.
  • Proficiency in SAP ERP systems, Power BI, or performance management software.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with income statements, balance sheets, and statement of cash flows.
  • Ability to collaborate with functional groups and diverse levels of employees.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation and idea development.
  • Project management skills, including plan development, coordination, and progress communication.
  • Fluent English proficiency required.
