Overview- This role is designed to support our Regional Services Lead (RSL) in ensuring alignment, execution, and communication across various departments. The Director will play a critical part in managing key deliverables, facilitating collaboration, preparing senior leaders for meetings, and operationalizing strategic initiatives.
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Partner with senior leaders to define, prioritize, and drive strategic initiatives and deliverables. Ensure alignment across departments and track progress against key milestones.
- Executive Support: Prepare briefing materials, synthesize insights, and facilitate decision-making.
- Operational Oversight: Participate in cross-functional projects, streamline internal processes, and ensure timely execution of deliverables. Track projects and interests of senior leaders to ensure follow-through.
- Communications & Culture: Serve as a liaison between leadership and the organization, ensuring clear and consistent communication and reinforcing area values.
- Business Acumen: Partner with Finance to manage budget and coordinate key financial decisions.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years business experience with strategy roles or consulting experience preferred;
- MBA or relevant post-graduate degree preferred;
- Experience in strategy development and execution, business evaluation, competitive benchmarking, and financial/business case modeling;
- Knowledge of payments and related industries preferred;
- Ability to influence and lead others through strong leadership, communication, consensus-building, and interpersonal skills;
- Self-driven with high ownership and discipline to ensure progress on track;
- Ability to drive multiple projects concurrently.
- Abide by Mastercard's security policies and practices;
- Ensure confidentiality and integrity of information being accessed;
- Report any suspected information security violation or breach;
- Complete periodic mandatory security trainings.
