Job Role Summary

This is a dynamic role within a project management team where the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all moves, adds and changes on customer network connections. The key tasks include assessing requests for change, validating and classifying them according to complexity, registering changes as needed and determining risk and impact.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent customer-facing skills, excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills, good time management and organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure and multi-task. A willingness to learn and expand knowledge is also essential.

Minimum qualifications include a degree in IT or Telecommunications, and 2 years of experience as an IT Customer Support Engineer or IT Administrator or Security/Network Engineer or 1 year in a similar role. ITIL V3 or V4 Foundation is optional, as well as CCNA and Security Certification.

  • Analyzing requests for change and assessing their feasibility.
  • Validating and prioritizing change requests based on complexity and business needs.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to implement changes and ensure delivery within agreed timelines.
  • Maintaining records of changes and monitoring progress.
