We are seeking a skilled and experienced Agricultural Machinery Maintenance Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of agricultural machinery including tractors, harvesters, and other equipment.
This is a challenging role that requires strong technical problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and repair of agricultural machinery including tractors, harvesters, and other equipment;
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems;
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve outstanding customer satisfaction;
- Analyze and troubleshoot technical problems effectively;
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry quality standards;
- Submit service reports on time;
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
